ZCOCO is web-based next-generation Project Management System. It contains project, HR, financial, customer relationship and material management.
ZCOCO is a task-based system with all the critical project management processes integrated into it. The system supports both waterfall and agile project management methods, and the data models allow flexible working and people from many different locations, organizations and time zones to participate in a project.
The system has worked in the heart of our company for over 10 years and all of our daily activities take place through it. In addition, all of our subcontractors and most of our customers use the system, bringing the total user count to 960 users. The system has been developed to meet real-world needs and a six-person development team maintains and develops the system continually.
Our continual daily use gives us a good understanding of the importance of information systems for a corporation and we know how to maximize the benefits of a project management system.
